Brand Strategy & Positioning
Building hotel and lifestyle brands that hold up in competitive markets. Clear positioning, distinctive voice, work that doesn't look like everyone else's.
Ten-plus years across luxury hotels, agency, and creative direction. Currently looking for my next role with an international hospitality brand in the GCC.
YearsAcross marketing, brand, and creative roles in hospitality, agency, and media.

F&B OutletsOwned the marketing for ten-plus restaurants and bars at The Landmark Baku.
LanguagesAzerbaijani, English, Turkish, Russian. Useful in the GCC; useful anywhere.
I've been working in marketing for just over a decade. It started with graphic design — I was a student at UNEC studying finance, picking up freelance work at Phoenix Creative to pay for things. Eventually one career replaced the other.
These days I lead marketing for hospitality and lifestyle brands. Most recently at The Landmark Baku — a 5-star property with more than ten F&B outlets across the building (Spicy Asian, Nilufer, Salo, Seto, SKY Bar, Caspian Grill, among others). I owned brand, digital, F&B, MICE, events, the website, the social channels — most of what a marketing department touches.
Since stepping out of that role, I've been running 360keys Creative Agency — my own independent practice, taking on brand and marketing work for clients across hospitality, F&B, retail, real estate, and lifestyle. Different industries, the same discipline.
The finance background isn't accidental. I finished my PhD at UNEC in 2024, and it shaped how I think about marketing more than any advertising course could. ROI is real to me. Budget discipline matters. ADR, RevPAR, occupancy — they aren't abstractions when you've spent years building models around them. They're the language operators actually speak, and any marketer who doesn't speak it back is mostly guessing.
What I'm looking for next is the same kind of work, but at a bigger scale — preferably with an international luxury hotel brand somewhere in the GCC.
If any of that sounds like a fit — or you just want to compare notes on hospitality marketing over coffee — I'd genuinely like to hear from you.
Ten years across brand, digital, creative, and commercial work. Six areas where I genuinely move the needle for hospitality and lifestyle teams.
Building hotel and lifestyle brands that hold up in competitive markets. Clear positioning, distinctive voice, work that doesn't look like everyone else's.
Paid, organic, OTAs, email, the website itself — keeping the whole digital ecosystem pulling in the same direction, and reducing OTA dependency wherever I can.
Outlet-by-outlet campaigns, seasonal F&B calendars, business-lunch programs, MICE. The kind of work that fills tables and drives weekday traffic — not just impressions.
A decade of doing the design work myself before leading the people who do it. I know how a campaign should look before I know what it should say.
Hiring marketers who can actually think, building cultures where they want to stay. Less interested in titles, more interested in what we ship.
ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, ROI. A PhD in Finance and a marketer's instincts — comfortable in both the spreadsheet and the brief.
Seven roles, in chronological order. From part-time design work at Phoenix while at UNEC, through to running my own agency today. A slow path from craft to commercial — and now back to building something of my own.
I built 360keys to bring senior, multi-disciplinary marketing into reach for businesses that need real strategic thinking — not just execution. Every engagement is owned end-to-end, from the first brief through positioning, creative, channel mix, and measurement.
Led integrated marketing for a 5-star property anchoring 10+ F&B outlets — owning brand, digital, F&B, MICE, events, and creative across the full guest journey.
Led the marketing practice — directing a multi-disciplinary team across brand, digital, content, and performance for consumer, hospitality, and lifestyle clients.
Led the creative team translating editorial, brand, and commercial briefs into visually distinctive design across digital, print, and broadcast.
Provided contract-based creative services — supporting brand identity, marketing communications, and visual content across the business.
Producing brand and marketing design across a broad portfolio of agency clients — the role where I sharpened the craft foundations that underpin my marketing work today.
Began my creative career — producing brand and marketing design across agency client work, where I built the technical craft and creative discipline that have followed me into every senior role since.
Three degrees from UNEC, all in finance — Bachelor's, Master's, and the PhD I finished in 2024. All of it earned alongside full-time marketing work.

If you're building a marketing team at an international luxury hotel — Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Sharjah — I'd genuinely like to talk. Or if you just want to compare notes on hospitality marketing, that works too.
